Tendai Cletos Masawi is the founding and Senior Partner of the firm. He graduated with a bachelor of laws Honors degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Advocate Masawi was also awarded the outstanding legal CEO/Managing partner at the Zimbabwe CEOs Network legal awards in October 2004.The award recognizes leaders with a clear vision, who are innovative and empowering which is an exact description of Adv TC Masawi.

Tendai established the practice in the mining town of Kwekwe on the 1^st of April 2024. He’s practice comprises primarily mining litigation, commercial litigation particularly banking and insurance in the High Court and Supreme Court of Zimbabwe. Tendai also handles criminal matters in the superior courts where he is known to solve complex legal questions.

Tendai is a sharp practitioner who has successfully represented a number of corporates like China Shougang Corporation an International Chinese firm in the Supreme Court of the Zimbabwe after its funds were compulsorily acquired by the state through Standard Chartered Bank. The case Standard Chartered Bank v China Shougang International SC 49-2013 is one of the leading cases on Banking and Financial services in Zimbabwe up to date. He also has immense advisory skills and has provided advise to reputable banks, mining companies and various stock exchange listed companies.

Tendai serves as a board member of Gwanda State University. He is also a former councillor for the law Society of Zimbabwe.
