LINNET MAKANDE (LLB Hons. UZ)
Linnet is a partner with the firm. She is an accomplished Advocate of the High Court of Zimbabwe having attained her bachelor of Laws Honors Degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 2004. Linnet is the partner incharge of operations in our Southern region branches which are Kwekwe, Bulawayo, Beitbridge and Gwanda. She has vast knowledge in Mining law, Family law and General Litigation. She had a stint with the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe between 2004-2008 before joining the firm in 2009 were her passion for criminal litigation sprouted. Linnet sits in board of various companies and she is a member of the law society of Zimbabwe.
BARTHLOMEN MHANDIRE (LLB Hons, MSU)
Barthlomen graduated with Bachelor of Laws Honor Degree from the Midlands States University. He is a diligent legal practitioner who specializes in Insurance, Commercial and Corporate Law. He has experience in debt recovery, Insurance claims and has handled incorporation of companies, non-governmental organization and societies. Due to his experience, he has been involved in various landmark cases covering various judicial bodies including the High Court of Zimbabwe, Supreme Court and Specialized dispute resolution Tribunals.
Barthlomen has developed an interest in bond cancellations, transactions and Commercial law in general. He is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
