Shepherd is a distinguished lawyer who holds a bachelor of Honors Degree from the Midlands State University. He is a registered legal practitioner, Notary and Conveyancer with the high court of Zimbabwe. Shepherd was a prosecutor for close to two years and attained vast experience of criminal law and procedure. His interests lie in Criminal law, property law and labour law.
